Lisa Edelstein, an American actress who is best well-known for House which is a Fox medical drama. Raised in Wayne in conservative Jewish customs, she emigrated in New York City at the age of 18 and began studying theater at Tisch School of the Arts. Her performance quickly made her a part of the New York club scene. The performances she gave were so impressive that the local press noticed. Then, she used her experiences and her fame in order to create and write the musical called Positive Me which she played a role in. Awake on the Wild Side was her next task. Once it went off the air, she began appearing in films and television production beginning in roles of a short duration before establishing herself as an actor.
